As a personal trainer, I often find myself debunking many of the exercise, fitness and nutrition myths that run rampant with women today. Mass media and the need for quick fixes seems to encourage women to avoid understanding the truths of what works in living a fit lifestyle.
If you follow my blog, you probably know that I love to use infographics to communicate important elements of fitness. Well, the folks at Killer Infographics have created a visual that highlights some of the myths that I constantly see when advising women as a personal trainer.
Now, I would probably tweak this list if I created a top 10 list, but this is certainly something that every woman should see and understand if they are looking to start living a fit and healthy lifestyle.
